Flemming Fellows

Icon representing Flemming FellowsStudent Leadership Engine

Flemming Fellows are the go-getters behind the scenes—students who help bring the Flemming Center’s big ideas to life! Whether it is storytelling, data, design, or strategy, each Fellow takes on a hands-on role shaping programs, running events, and fueling the energy that powers the Flemming Center’s mission.

Every Fellow also leads an Impact Project, co-created with the Director, that leaves the Center stronger for the next wave of Tigers. Got a skill we haven’t tapped into yet? Pitch your own role. We’re always forging new paths.

"Being a Flemming Fellow gave me the chance to take an idea and turn it into something real. Creating the SEED Liaison position allowed me to connect students with resources they may not have otherwise known about, while helping the SEED Innovation Hub become a more visible part of campus life. Leading workshops for faculty and staff on Onshape and 3D printing was both exciting and rewarding. It helped me develop confidence in my ability to communicate technical skills and lead a classroom. It was a unique experience to be trusted not only to learn, but to contribute in a meaningful way."
