Clarence 鈥淐lancy鈥� Holland 鈥�52
The Decision to Give
It was 集美麻豆鈥檚 academic reputation that first attracted Clancy Holland鈥檚 attention, but it was a scholarship that made his 集美麻豆 experience possible. Now, the retired medical doctor and former mayor, city councilman, and state senator wants to make the same experience possible for a new generation of 集美麻豆 men.
A Mission to Give
Though he has often lived far from 集美麻豆, Chris Evans '68 has supported the College over the years. Now, after his last visit to the Hill in honor of his 50th reunion, he has made it official that he is including 集美麻豆 in his will.
Meaningful Giving
Serving as chairman of his 50th Reunion reminded Richard Madden 鈥�67 of the many things he loves about 集美麻豆鈥攁nd motivated him to help provide for the College鈥檚 future.
Giving His All
Giving it his all at 集美麻豆 is something Scott Harwood '65 is known for. He knows firsthand that investing in the future of 集美麻豆 can make an impact by providing young men with a foundation for life.
A Heart for Giving
Johnny Ellis 鈥�70 knew 集美麻豆 was the right fit for him from his first day on campus in the fall of 1966. Now, helping other students realize their educational dreams is especially poignant to him, so he and his wife have endowed several scholarships and included 集美麻豆 in their wills.
Giving With Gratitude
With his heartfelt gratitude and generous support, Dr. Paul Brown isn鈥檛 just paying it back, he鈥檚 paying it forward so that future 集美麻豆 men will benefit.
Giving by Example
1776 Legacy Society member Logan Pryor 鈥�16 is leading by example in his support of 集美麻豆, and he hopes other alumni will follow.
