Re-Enrollment Application

To access the Reenrollment Application, please login to , select Apply Online and look for the Reenrollment Application link on the left bar. 

What is my deadline?

If you wish to return for the fall semester, you must apply and have all the necessary forms to us by July 1.
If you wish to enroll in the spring, you must apply and have all the necessary forms to us by December 1. 
If you wish to return for summer term, you must apply and have all the necessary forms to us by April 1.

• Teacher Confidential Reference Form
• Personal Reference Form
• Physical/Mental Health Re-entry Form
